Do you think I have Tourette syndrome?

I'm a teenager who has OCD, generalized anxiety and depression. I have a few 'tics' (I can't really call them that though, as I'm not sure what they are), including blinking, head and neck jerking, making beeping sounds, moving my eyebrows up and down and doing a weird heavy breathing kind of thing. I can suppress them for a while though, but it builds up and up and up and I have to do it. I always thought it was just my OCD and that they were compulsions, but now I'm not so sure. I remember being seven years old and having a 'tic' that caused me to stick my tongue out repeatedly. If it is Tourette's though, wouldn't it have been diagnosed in early childhood? Please help me.
