What are the daily calories I need (I have an ED)?
I know how you feel. Trust me. Trying to loose weight and not know how you look is hard... But for your height your actually under weight. You shouldn't go over 135 and shouldn't go under 117. All you need to loose weight is exercise and eating healthy. If you're on a diet you shouldn't pass 1500 calories nor go under 1200. By eating healthy I mean no candy, nothing high in sugar, no soda, chips etc. Eat fish, salad, chicken, steak, beans, corn, rice, etc. You can eat all of that and loose weight/ maintain weight if you exercise along with it.
