ITunes movie problem?! help?

i downloaded Legend of the Guardians: the owls of Ga'hoole on itunes. the last 10 mins. 53 secs froze up on me. same thing is on my ipod too. do i need to call apple and have them fix it? please help! its my favorite movie!
