Whats ur views about this?

I don't think it's that big of a deal, I think the whole problem people have with it is that it might look like your buttoning your pants or just used the bathroom and decided to finish putting on your pants outside. I don't even know lol. But if I saw someone buckling their belt in public I wouldn't care.
