Ramadan Sect - Why do some countries/groups?

I guess they're just trying to implement the laws of Islam as much as they can. Although they might be taking the wrong approach, their intentions are good. They simply want people to live an Islamic lifestyle. I don't blame them for their intention, but yeah you're right, they need to do it in a more subtle manner, otherwise people rebel.
