Natural antidepressents? Vitamins?

Everyday you should exercise (good for the body and mind), eat the proper nutritious foods (good for the body and mind), meditate (good for the body and mind), and take natural supplements such as st. john's wort and fish oil (good for the body and mind). as i'm sure you've noticed my redundancy, i am trying to emphasize that doing all of these things everyday would balance you as a whole. western medicine currently only focuses on treating parts of a person, instead of the whole, and that is why sometimes illness and injury are hard to heal using conventional methods.
