How can i make a hair bow from a shoelace?

I have no bows but like 30 of those 1 inch thick shoelaces thaat I never use. Is there a simple way to make a really cute bow out of them ? I've looked all over the web but none r very helpfull ! Btw I don't want it tooo fancy lol just something simple that stands out (: thanks ! :D
