Injury diagnosis on sharp upper thigh pain?

after a quick burst of speed and a turn i felt a burning pain just below the buttock. Next day a small bruise appeared below the injury and another bigger, darker bruise appeared further down the thigh a day later. Pain when stretching and bending over to tie shoelace. Some pain walking upstairs.
