I feel the same but only bruises and blood kind of stuff when i was little and my teeth were falling parts were sharp and i push them around and jab them really fast into my gum ( I still have perfect white straight teeth) and pull them bend my thumb back mastered the trampoline splits at three it hurt but comforted me but try to keep the pain to the small things NOT EXERSISE OR ANY THING AS IT CAN DAMAGE UR MUSCLES ALSO I RECOMMEND A THERYPEST (NO OFFENCE) AS I RECOMMEND ONE TO MYSELF!
