Can I live with my Aunt?

My mom is a truck driver so she's never home. So I live with my Step dad and my half sister and half brother. To say the least this is the 10th time they've talked bad about my mother and I , calling us dirty mexicans et. et. I'm contemplating moving in with my Aunt till my mother gets home. If my mom says it's okay will I not get into trouble then. My step dad is my legal guardian, and I don't want to go to juvy for being a runaway?
