Christians, if you believe you go to heaven after death, why cry an excess amount of tears of sorrow when....?

The crying is about their personal loss and not the fate of the deceased. I am an atheist and I cry when I lose family members and friends because their death represents a personal loss to me. I don't give any consideration to their possible "destination." I see no reason to speculate about it or believe the speculations of others about it, there is nothing I can do about it, and it is none of my business.
