How would someone get emancipated from a non abusive home?

I'm American, but this may help. When someone emancipates from their parents, social services has to investigate to see why (needs to see some kind of abuse or neglect). Not getting along with your family isn't viable reason to get emancipated. If her guardians approve her moving in with you, then all is well.
